You did it the old school way. You could've just open the phone from my computer on the pc and drop the files on the memory card. Don't put things on the internal memory that don't have to be there. Think of installation files as you would think of installation CD's. You don't have to leave them in the drive after the installation is completed. But you don't dump them. You archive installations for if you need them a next time.

I was able to figure it out. Basically, I download the hotfixes to my desktop, drop them in the WM ActiveSync folder that was creaded on my desktop once I re-installed ActiveSync and introduced my HD2 after the new ROM install.and then I was able to find the hotfixes in the START > FILE EXPLORER and then just click on each one and follow the instructions on-screen.
