The Title says it all, im having trouble with this problem, and i really have no idea how to fix it ive tryed multiple things with the saves launcher,shortcuts etc. Running the game from the exe. With ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ causes the problem or at least does not fix it, but deleting ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ leaves the game unopperable and i cannot even get it to load, not even a social club window that opens. So if anyone can help me with this that would be great. Nothing wrong with my computer so please dont even mention that.

The game is F*%&Ed and i require some assistance. This is a very big problem, as lots of people are having the same issue. P.s i can run GTA IV fine.
