Ran into this issue as well, Atljk a great member.sold me a superchips and he talked to Superchips to ensure that setting his JK back to stock would make the superchips work on my vehicle. Was not the case when I received the programmer. I got VIN lock called up Superchips $100.00 Atljk called up Superchips and talked with Courtney at Superchips and she told him as long as he fax her over the receipt from his original purchase and the part # and serial # (which are on the tuner) she will unlock it for $29.95.
